Use agents responsibly and keep a human accountable.
These terms govern access to Trevra and the commercial actions users authorize through the service. These baseline terms cover the public materials and the pre-release hosted service. Production hosted terms should be reviewed for the operating entity and the jurisdictions served.
Service
Trevra analyzes authorized business records and can prepare or execute commercial actions according to user approvals and standing instructions. Users remain responsible for reviewing material commercial, legal, tax, financial, and client-relationship decisions.
Open-source components are provided under the license included with their source. Hosted features, integrations, support, availability, and pricing may change until a separate hosted-service agreement is published.
Accounts and authorization
Users must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and connect only systems and data they are authorized to access. Workspace owners are responsible for team access and configured automation rules.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for your prompts, data, recipients, offers, messaging compliance, and approval policies. Trevra is operational software, not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other regulated professional advice.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used to violate law, impersonate others, access unauthorized data, distribute malware, conduct abusive collection activity, evade provider restrictions, or interfere with service security or availability.
Third-party services
Integrations are governed by their providers’ terms and availability. Trevra is not responsible for provider outages, changed APIs, revoked permissions, or actions a provider refuses to execute.
External actions
Review consequential payloads before approving them. The approval gate and the payload hash reduce accidental or unauthorized execution; they do not remove the need for a responsibly configured workspace and human oversight.
No professional advice
Trevra provides operational assistance, not legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, or other regulated professional advice. Messaging, privacy, sales-compliance, and other material legal obligations should be independently reviewed.
Availability and liability
The service may change, be interrupted, or contain errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Trevra disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential loss. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
